Reminders and Notifications (User Side)

Any reminders will appear on your home screen feed.

Notifications icon, at the bottom of the screen, will also show any new reminders with other notifications.

From the homescreen feed, clicking the three dots will give two options;

“Add to calendar” and “report”.

If you have not already added the said appointment to you calendar from your ‘appointments module’ you may add this reminder to your calendar manually.

If the content is offensive, rude or inappropriate, you may report it. This will be reported to the ‘Business connect organisation’ and appropriate action will be taken in due course of time.

Clicking the new reminder tab on your home screen will give the details of that notification.
